Economic Immigration
Economic immigration covers skilled workers, trades, Canadian experience, provincial nominations, and targeted pilots. The right route depends on your profile, language, work history, and where you want to settle.
Overview
Federal economic programs
Express Entry manages three federal programs for skilled immigration: Federal Skilled Worker, Federal Skilled Trades, and Canadian Experience Class. Candidates create a profile and may be invited to apply based on CRS scores or category-based rounds.
Provincial Nominee Programs
Provinces nominate people who intend to live in the province and meet labour market or demographic goals. Many nominations are “enhanced” and add CRS points; others are base nominations with different federal processing steps.
Atlantic and pilot programs
Employer-driven streams such as the Atlantic Immigration Program or Start-up Visa target different profiles. We help you see where you truly fit rather than chasing the trendiest acronym.

Frequently asked questions
Is Express Entry the only economic route?
No. Many clients use PNPs, employer streams, or pilots. Sometimes the fastest path is not the one with the best marketing name.
Do I need a job offer?
Not always for EE, but offers or provincial nominations can change outcomes dramatically. We assess honestly.
How long does the whole process take?
It varies by stream, completeness of documents, and government processing volumes. We use realistic ranges, not guarantees.
